Administrative Excellence

The Australian Academy in collaboration with The Council of Ministers General Secretariat conducted an online training program titled “Administrative Excellence” for the Council of Ministers General Secretariat staff from the 12th to 16th September,2021.

The aim of the program was to introduce participants to the concept of Administrative Excellence, how to create a conducive environment that helps in accomplishing professional goals, increase opportunities of success in order to improve the quality of performance, achieve excellence and career progression.

The objectives focused on encouraging individuals to create an integrated and creative work environment, enabling them to cultivate set of skills that will help to raise the productivity and to improve the work environment.
