What payment methods are available to me?
Payments of courses can be made by bank transfer, cheque or Knet.
What if I want to enroll in an afternoon/evening class?
We try to provide students with as much flexibility as possible in course timings. Course timings are normally decided based upon the majority of the class requirements. Placement in different classes is prioritized based upon the first students who registered.
What are the application requirements?
Upon enrolling/registering for a course, students are required to fill out an application form, provide a copy of their Civil I.D, and the course registration fee/course total fees (depending on the course).

Are your teachers native English speakers?
All teachers teaching the English courses are native English speakers. This encourages students to continuously engage with other students and the teacher using the English Language skills they are developing in class.
Do you provide with the course materials and books, or will I have to purchase external resources for the course?
All course materials and resources are provided to the student at the commencement of the course.
How will I know about the start date of the course?
The Academic Services Officer will make sure to contact each and every interested/registered student about course updates, changes, starting dates, requirements or any other information required by the student. Students can call and inquire about any concerns or questions they may have at the following number: (965) 65564560.
What is the attendance policy?
Students must maintain regular attendance in order to ensure successful completion of the course. Attendance is not monitored for the purpose of being strict; it is monitored for assurance that students are not missing out on important information, assignments and tests being given during class.
80% attendance is required. Absence is excused only when a doctor’s certificate is presented or special circumstances apply.
Are there any exams during the duration of the course?
Some courses have assignments and some have quizzes; it’s given at the teacher’s discretion throughout the duration of the course.
What courses will you offer in the future?
AA is continually expanding its course offerings based upon what is demanded in the market. The current center operating in Australian Academy at: West Mishref – Mubarak Al-Abdullah Al-Jaber Area allows for a variety of courses to be offered in English development, technical skills development and other special projects for both individual and corporate enrolment. In the near future, we are looking to add courses that focus on Human Resources Professional and enhancement.
